What is the low sensory event
For this event we are looking at having all the main lights on as well as the tree lights but not flashing, No music playing and a very muted atmosphere with fewer people.

How do I book my animal
On the pet days we have the availability to book a pet ticket (With an adult).
You are more than welcome to bring the family but they will need to have a ticket for the same time
Do you do group bookings
Please contact us at enquiries@enchantedchristmas.co.nz for group bookings over 10 people
How long should I allow to be with you
Your booking time is for check-in, to manage the flow of excited kids
Time onsite is dependent on you, but we suggest between 1.5-2hours
What is the 30 min booking time
This is the time that you need to arrive and check-in at the venue
Can I get an additional photo sitting with the Grinch as I have already booked for Santa
This is possible on the day that you are booked, but is dependent on availability.
Do I need to pay for my child under 1
If your child under 1 is the only child attending in your booking, then yes they need a ticket. (If this is the only child attending they will receive a bauble and a framed photo)

BUT if you have another child over 1 (they receive bauble and framed photo) and they have a ticket, the under 12month old doesn’t require a ticket, but they wont receive a photo or Bauble.
How do I book for 3 adults and 2 children
The best way to book this is
2 X 1 adult, 1 child Tickets
Plus
1 X additional adult Ticket
Are you the same as Smith and Caugheys
NO, We are very different to Smith and Caugheys. We did not purchase any of the set decorations from them either
Accessibilty
To access the Enchanted Forest there are approximately 19 stairs, this is to go up to the forest and the same to come down, There are solid hand rails on both sides. We will have elves onsite to assist if required.
Santa and the Grinch are both downstairs where access is no issue, If you wish to just see santa or the grinch due to accessibility issues, Please contact enquiries@enchantedchristmas.co.nz
Can I change my date and time
Yes you can as long as it is more than 48 hours from your booking and the time you would like to change to is not booked out.

Can I get a refund
You certainly can, Please let us know at least 1 week before your booking if you would like to cancel.
Do I get my photos emailed to me
You will spend a good amount of time talking to santa or the grinch and there will be photos taken, All photos will be emailed to you on completion of the day.
I just want to visit the markets and forest, How do I book?
This is possibly available on any given day. But is dependent on current bookings.
Come to check-in when you are in Newmarket and we can let you know a time to come back.
There will be a charge for this.
I didn’t receive any tickets
Tickets are stored digitally, If you bring in your confirmation email, or let us know your booking name at check-in. Then there is no need for physical tickets
Is it just the kids who can be in the photo
Anyone who is in your booking can be in the photo, It is completely up to you
