General

• Customers to arrive at anytime within your allocated 30min timeslot. If you miss your time for whatever reason, It is at Enchanted Christmas’ discretion if you are able to move to another available time.
• Please be aware there might be a wait time from entry to your visit with Santa, the Grinch or Princess.
• All Images will be deleted on the 10 January 2027, If you haven’t received  your images please email prior to this date enquiries@enchantedchristmas.co.nz with your name, visit time and date and booking number.
• Shop discount only valid on day of visit.
• A Child is classed as Newborn to 15 years old.
• Enchanted Christmas will not be held liable for any problems beyond our control including but not limited to, bad weather, accidents, interference from guests etc or photographers.
• If the event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances outside of ‘Enchanted Chrismas’ control, including but not limited to pandemics, earthquakes, flooding, fire and bad weather, then a full refund will be provided to ticket holders.
• Baubles and Frames are while stock lasts, and or may be substituted if required.
• Enchanted Christmas reserves the right to make changes to opening Times and dates as required.
• Purchase of tickets to Enchanted Christmas implies full acceptance of Terms and Conditions
• To the extent permitted by law, neither Interior Warehouse ltd or any person/party associated with Enchanted Christmas will be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered by any person attending Enchanted Christmas.

Ticket Prices

• One child and up to Two adults – $35 from opening until 30 November
• One child and up to Two adults – $40 from 1 December until 24 December
• Additional Adult – $15
• Additional Child – $25
• Adult or Child to Forest Only – $15

A Child is classed as Newborn to 15 years old

Every person entering the premises needs a ticket

For 2 Adults visiting with no Child, a $35 or $40 ticket must be purchased to receive your sitting, 1 framed photo and 1 collectable Bauble.

Additional Frames, Photos. Sittings and Baubles can be purchased onsite.

Photos and Santa Gift

• Each child visiting Enchanted Christmas for a Photo Sitting will receive:

One Printed Photo in a Frame and One Collectible Bauble to take home. These must be collected at the time of your visit. (This does not include Forest Only tickets)

• Digital photos will only be stored until 10 January
• Adult tickets do not include a Bauble or printed photo, it includes entry and participation in the photo of the Children they are accompanying.

Cancellation and Changes to Bookings

• We accept date changes with more than 48 hours notice, to a date that is available, Please email enquiries@enchantedchristmas.co.nz  with your current booking name and date, and also the available time and date that you would like to change to.
• Cancellations/Refunds will not be accepted less than 72 hours from your confirmed booking date please email enquiries@enchantedchristmas.co.nz to cancel your booking.
