Customers to arrive at anytime within your allocated 30min timeslot. If you miss your time for whatever reason, It is at Enchanted Christmas’ discretion if you are able to move to another available time.

Please be aware there might be a wait time from entry to your visit with santa or the Grinch and photos take approx 15min to print out.

All Images will be deleted on the 10 January 2026, If you haven’t received  your images please email prior to this date enquiries@enchantedchristmas.co.nz

We accept date changes with more than 48 hours notice to a date that is available.

Cancellations/Refunds will not be accepted less than 72 hours from your appointment date.

Shop discount only valid on day of Santa visit.

A Child is classed as Newborn to 15 years old.

Enchanted Christmas will not be held liable for any problems beyond our control including but not limited to, bad weather, accidents, interference from guests etc or photographers.

If the event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances outside of Enchanted Chrismtas control, including but not limited to pandemics, earthquakes, flooding, fire and bad weather, then a full refund will be provided to ticket holders.

Baubles are while stock lasts, and or may be substituted if required.
